How I Work

A Process Built for Zero Surprises

Every ERP project I take on follows a structured, transparent process — so you always know what's happening, what's next, and what to expect. No black boxes. No last-minute chaos.

We start with a free 30-minute call where I understand your business, your current systems, your pain points and what you're trying to achieve. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether I can help you and how.

02
3–7 Days
Requirement Analysis & Documentation

I deep-dive into your business processes — interviewing stakeholders, visiting the shop floor if needed, and mapping every workflow. This phase produces a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD) that becomes the single source of truth for the entire project.

1–4 Weeks
System Configuration & Master Data Setup

With requirements locked, I configure the ERP — setting up modules, approval matrices, workflows, email/WhatsApp triggers, cost centers, account groups and all master data. Every configuration decision is traced back to a business requirement. No guesswork.

Data Migration & UAT

Clean data migration from your legacy system — item masters, vendor masters, opening balances, WIP. Then structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with your core team to validate every workflow before go-live. No surprises on day one.

1–3 Days
User Training & Go-Live

I train every user group — store teams, accounts, production planners, QA, management — in English, Hindi or Marathi. Training is hands-on, role-specific and practical. Then I'm present on go-live day to ensure smooth operations from the first transaction.

Post-Implementation Stabilization

The first weeks after go-live are critical. I stay engaged during hypercare — resolving issues quickly, fine-tuning configurations based on real usage, and ensuring your team is fully confident. The project isn't done until your operations run smoothly without me.

How I Think

My Working Principles

🎯
Business First, Technology Second

I never configure an ERP module without understanding the business process behind it. Technology should serve the business — not the other way around.

📋
Document Everything

Every decision, every configuration, every workflow is documented. When I leave, your team has everything they need to operate and grow independently.

👥
Stakeholder-Led UAT

Your people know your business better than anyone. UAT isn't a checkbox — it's where real users validate that the system actually works for them.

No Last-Minute Surprises

Weekly status updates, clear milestone tracking and honest communication mean you always know where the project stands — good news or bad.

🔄
Clean Data In, Clean Data Out

Garbage in, garbage out. I insist on clean master data before go-live — because bad data is the #1 reason ERP implementations fail post-launch.

🤝
Training Until Confident

I don't leave until your team is genuinely confident using the system — not just trained on paper. Real adoption is the only measure of success.

Common Questions

FAQ

How long does a typical ERP implementation take?

It depends on the scope and number of modules. A focused single-module implementation can take 4–6 weeks. A full multi-module deployment covering purchase, inventory, production, finance and sales typically takes 8–16 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. I've delivered on-site implementations across Maharashtra, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and internationally in Nepal. I've also delivered fully remote implementations including an international pharma client in Yemen. We'll decide the right approach based on your project needs.

Which ERP systems do you work with?

I work with cloud-based and EXE-based ERP systems across multiple vendors. My expertise is functional — I understand the business processes deeply and can work across different ERP platforms. I also have specific experience with Progen ERP, Zoho CRM integrations, and Azure-based systems.

What industries have you worked in?

Manufacturing, pharmaceuticals (including GMP-compliant deployments), real estate, construction and EdTech. Each industry has unique requirements — pharma needs batch tracking and QA/QC, real estate needs project-wise cost accounting, manufacturing needs production planning and BOM management.

What's your pricing structure?

Project-based pricing depending on scope, modules and duration. ERP audits start from ₹20,000. Full implementations range from ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000 depending on complexity. Monthly retainers available from ₹30,000/month. I provide a detailed scope and quote after the free discovery call — no surprises.

Can you train our team in Marathi?

Yes — I'm a native Marathi speaker and deliver training in both English, Hindi and Marathi. For teams in Maharashtra, Hindi/Marathi training significantly improves adoption rates, especially for shop-floor and store teams.
